A Bus Stand


A bus stop is a crowded place where buses and the state stop. People gather there and wait impatiently for a bus to come. When a bus comes from a great distance, the station is very busy. The passengers get on and off the buses. The screams of helpers and drivers are continuously heard. In some bus stops there are no sheds. Passengers have to wait in the hot sun or in the rain. At some bus stops there are ticket counters. The passengers stop in a long line to buy tickets. There are small shops at a bus stop. In some bus stops there are book stalls and restaurants. Street vendors sell betel leaves, bread, cigarettes, etc. Sometimes seasonal fruits are also sold at a bus stop. After all, a bus stop plays an important role in communication. Therefore, the government should take appropriate measures to improve a bus stop.
